How to Join or Renew
A one-year membership is $45 (in United States funds).
Note: If money is tight, please contact the chapter President or Vice President about the confidential membership scholarship program.
There are several ways you can become a new member of our chapter or renew your membership. Chose the one that works best for you!
 | Download our chapter membership form, fill it out and bring it along with a check for $45 payable to Mothers & More to a chapter event or meeting. Or, just come to a meeting; the membership form is available there as well. Note: This is probably the best choice if you want to attend activities and other events right away. |
| If you're unable to attend a chapter event or meeting in the near future, mail the chapter membership form to our membership coordinator. Contact information is on the form. |
| Fill out the online National membership form to pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) online or via fax, or to create a form to mail with your check. |
| Download a pdf of the National membership form, which you may mail or fax to the National office. |
| Call the National office at (630) 941-3553 during business hours (9:30am - 2:00pm CST) to pay with Mastercard or Visa. |

| Out of your $45 annual dues, $14 will go directly back to the chapter. Local chapters are funded solely by dues and fundraising. |
